In the fourth part of my series on aortic stenosis for exercise professionals, I have provided a simple table that will guide you in how to work with clients with aortic stenosis who have mild, moderate, severe or critical disease. All you need is a simple BP cuff and stethoscope and a referral from the primary care medical practitioner specifying the severity of disease and any medical interventions or treatments that have been effected.
